Enzyme preparation for pulp and paper making, which includes 7 kinds of products:
a) AU-PE89 Xylanase for improved bleaching of paper pulps;
Xylan is a major component of wood and non-wood fibers. During cooking of pulps, the xylan is partially dissolved, modified and re-precipitate onto the fiber surface. The application of the enzyme, xylanase, to the cooked pulp removes some of the re-precipitated xylan. This opens up the pulp matrix, allowing the release of trapped soluble lignin. At the same time it allows bleaching chemicals to penetrate more effectively. The overall result is improved bleach ability of the pulp with resulting reduction from 15% to 50% in usage of bleaching chemicals, reducing organic chloride in the wastewater, COD, BOD and color of effluent.
b) AU-PEA550 Starch conversion agent;
Starch conversion enzyme can change the internal structure of starch, which will decrease the starch viscosity, thereby meeting the requirement in papermaking process. It is mainly used in the pulp and paper making industry. The function of AU-PEA550 is equal to starch modifying agent. With unique advantages, it is applicable to various kinds of paper pulp. The main disadvantages of traditional method of modifying oxidized-starch such as high cost, difficulties in controlling oxidation degree and environment pollution among others, can be easily conquered by enzyme starch modifying technics. Its biggest advantage lies in viscosity value can be adjusted according to the production requirements and viscosity is stable, having unmatched flexibility of modified starch.
c) AU-MTPE90 Special enzyme for chemi-machanical pulp and long fiber pulp;
AU-MTPE90 is the special enzyme used for chemi-mechanical pulping and long fiber pulping. It is extracted from three special-effect enzymes and is suitable for the range of pH 5.0-8.0 and temperature 22
Based on its effects to fibers in pulp, AU-MTPE90 can make the fibers absorb adequate water and expand and promote fiber brooming, so reduce the energy consumption in the subsequent pulping process. Because the fibers absorb enough water and are fully expanded, they become soft and thickening, and increase the bulk and flexibility. At the same time, AU-MTPE90 can re-combine the fiber fines, which is conducive for water draining of wet sheet, can reduce the fiber fines content in white water and improve the recycling rate of white water, thereby reduce consumption and clear water usage per ton primary pulp. AU-MTPE90 has certain stripping roles to slime pulp adhered in the system, long tome use can make the entire approach system of paper machine more, avoid the paper flaw such as color spot and paper breakage phenomenon resulting from slime pulp, reduce the cleaning frequency of forming wire and blankets and prolong the life of forming wire and blankets.
d) SKHZYE-TPE90 Special enzyme for tissue paper;
SKHZYE-TPE90 is a complex enzyme preparation intended for modifying cellulosic fibers to improve the compression strength of paper under the proper processing conditions.
